Lugo county council hosted the end of season 2 of the O Sabor das Margaridas TV series. Provincial Council President José Tomé Roca announced that the institution supports the international projection of the province by financially collaborating with the production of this second season, the first TV series in Galician was included in the Netflix audiovisual platform.

The second season, produced by CTV, TVG and Comarex, consists of 6 70-minute episodes with scenes shot at various locations in the Lugo campus. Filmed in Galicia, this police and mystery thriller reached the top 10 in Netflix’s official popularity as the 7th most watched foreign language series in the UK and Ireland on the streaming platform.
