Good Trouble Review 2019 TV-Show Series Cast Crew Online
Creators: Bradley Bredeweg, Peter Paige, Joanna Johnson
Stars: Maia Mitchell, Cierra Ramirez, Zuri Adele
Review: This show is amazing. The cinematography is beautiful, the cast is phenomenal in their roles, and the story lines are perfect for the world we’re living in.. There are too many people complaining that they were fans of The Fosters, but are disappointed with the new show because it’s “too different”. If you want wholesome, go watch Fuller House, and let the rest of us enjoy this great show. I’m glad it isn’t as cutesy as The Fosters was. It’s a new show for a new age bracket; accept it, or don’t watch.
Overall, this is a incredibly refreshing sexy TV show that uses character thoughts via short cut-outs to give greater depth and move the story along in a way similar to This Is Us. Every second is utilized extremely well so don’t plan on going to the bathroom unless you want to miss something. At the end of each episode I’m looking forward to viewing the next one and feeling extremely upbeat, two things that most shows fail to accomplish.
Its passionate, groundbreaking, fresh, socially aware & realistically laced with laughs, sibling drama, and emotion. Did I mention the bedroom worthy music. Nothing is held back when tackling awe-inspiring issues like sexuality, casual sex, body-shaming, police brutality, & affordable housing.
After reading a few of the other reviews I would like to say that the main characters do show growth and act their age. BTW this should not even be a consideration it is so subjective. Everyone has a different opinion on how twenty-something’s should act. Also, in the Fosters Callie only dated three guys in 5 years (one I almost forgot it was so short lived) and it was implied that she did not date at all in college (5 yrs.) so jumping into bed with a guy that she finds incredibly sexy makes sense to me. Lets be honest some people never mature or change their personality much from high school to retirement. Callie clearly does mature and become more confident in this spin-off.
Since I watch Hulu, Netflix, and Prime, I have viewed most of the episodic television that is available coupled with my doctoral level education and 50+ age bracket let me assure you this is not your average show and the professional critics agree. I have placed some of their reviews below so you can see what is being said. You definitely need to give it a look!
