Kim Shaw plays Josie Jennings, a romantic 35 year old chef in the city. She’s heading home for the holidays to spend it at the quaint bed and breakfast where she grew up. Josie’s mother, Shannon (Cynthia Gibb) just opened up a brand new restaurant. It’s getting intense because the famous food critic, Tanner Rhodes (Clayton James) who has given Josie harsh reviews in the past, came to town to review the new restaurant.

Josie and her arc nemesis Tanner get to know each other better as they spend time together, where a romance soon begins to blossom. However, will Tanner begin to revive himself and write a good review for the bistro, thereby winning her heart by Christmas?
